This is a new act by a man and a woman, the woman making up straight, and the man as ‘Happy Hooligan.’ For this house, at least, it is an exceptionally clever act from a 3-show-a-day standpoint. The man is really funny, and aside from the dialogue, he does some eccentric dancing that is great. The woman is a clean-looking body, dressing nicely, and does, in addition to her talking and singing, dancing and a little contortion, both of which are good. I have an idea that they will go strong over the circuit. 23 min, full stage; close with about 8 minutes in one.
