Banks is a tall, good looking chap, and carries about two hundred pounds with him but still with everything else in his favour, falls short on delivery.
Opening with a song he does into the talk, finishing with a song and dance.
Banks has one of the best routines heard on the small circuits in some time and could he deliver it a little better, should find no trouble in rapidly advancing.
