Fadette Orchestra

It is beyond question the greatest attraction in the musical line in this country, and that is about all that is necessary for me or any one else today. It went very strong indeed, and did about 35 min when I only had them timed for 30. As an expression of my own personal opinion, I think they are making altogether too much of a central figure of drummer. They have her way up in the air now and the orchestra thrown to each side of the stage, so that she is conspicuous feature of the whole outfit, and it seems to me that it takes away to a certain extent from the unassuming appearance of the whole ensemble which was such a distinguishing and pleasing feature during their former engagement. In other words, it is audience may notice it, I am unable to say and I only mention it as my private opinion, not, of course, to be included in the criticism that goes outside the circuit. I made no attempt to change it becauseĀ it is possible that I am the only person who may have that appearance.
