Ketter previously was of Rahn and Ketter, and Downing (a Buffalo boy) is new.
The act consists of popular airs and an original comedy sketch.
"The Rathskeller Duo" will be good for the three-a-day houses. Downing's tenor voice of unusual quality harmonizes well with Ketter's baritone. Ketter is exceptional on the piano.
