Lawson and Mamon

The man makes up as a tramp and does some very superior trick bicycle riding, better in a way than A.D. Robbins. The woman is handsome and in evening dress does bag punching. All is interspersed with comedy which makes it a very good act, indeed, and worthy of a better position on the bill. Full stage.

Harrigan

I presume he does what is called his new act, but cannot notice any material change in it. Just as good as the old act and his peculiar mannerisms rather appeal to our audience. Opens in one, then two and closes in one.

Edmund Day and Company

‘Shipmates.’ The reviews which have come to us were so highly commendatory that I presume we expected too much. It is a good comedy act well written and well played, but a little quiet and at times somewhat pathetic. Full stage.

Nirvana

With the aid of her horse, Loki, she presented pictures chosen from historic and romantic subjects which were pleasing and interesting. The act with the proper settings would stand among the foremost features in vaudeville. She carries her own curtain, backing, etc, which are very bad. Full stage.

Charles Mildare

This is an unusually meritorious act. His whistling excels that of any person we have ever known. He opened the bill creating more enthusiasm than any act ever placed in that position on the bill. All in one.
