Dr. Carl Herman

“The Electric King.” Carries several men who assist him. He is a good showman, gets a number of laughs and will create considerable talk although the set is somewhat fakey [sic]. Full stage.

Charles Brice and Charles King

Two very clever people with some good songs. Both are very clever dancers and with their pleasing personalities they are a welcome addition to vaudeville. In one.

Howard Bros.

“The Flying Banjo” experts. A little too strong a position for them. Full stage, closing in one.

Herbert Warren and Co.

“The Sultan’s Favorite.” Contains a number of laughs and closed the first half in a satisfactory manner.

Cross and Josephine

“Dying to Act.” Some talk, a few songs, a little dancing and burlesque melodrama. All right in this position. In one.

Christy and Willis

The juggling comedian and dancing soubrette. Same act they gave us last season. Full style, closing in one.

Eldridge

Pictures made of colored sands with fire effects. Could hold a better position on the bill. In one and a half.

Odiva

“The Living Mermaid” or “Venus of the Deep.” This little woman does something, and that something is might cleverly done in addition to the simple dives others are doing. Splendid value for the money and best of all of this kind of acts. Full stage.

Valerie Bergere’s Players

“What Happened in Room 44.” Good act, competent people, and leads up to a startling comedy finish. Full stage.

The Avon Comedy Four

“The New School Teacher.” Held this position in good shape with lots of good comedy and good singing. Full stage, closing in one.
