Catherine Hayes & Sabel Johnson

Open C.D.F. Close in 1. Time 28. The opening part draws out a little two [sic] long and lacks ginger. A couple of good songs, however, are introduced. The closing number, “A Dream of Baby Days”, a nursery burlesque makes a big hit. Motion pictures used.

Natalie & Aurie Dagwell

In 1. Time 12. Two attractive young women who sing well Colonial, Civil War and Modern songs.

Charbino Brothers

F.S. Open. Time 10. Three young athletes in tumbling, pyramiding, and acrobatics. Very neat and clever. Material largely new.

Three Nevarros

C.D.F. Time 10. 2 men, 1 woman. Top notch equilibrists and pantomimic comedians with abundant new material.

College Life

F.S. Special campus view. Time 25. 16 men, 2 women. An exceedingly clever musical comedy built about college boy fun. The ensemble singing is first rate and the choices of songs shows discernment. The dancing of Marie Allford is a feature that won a great hand. Several other individuals shine out with noticeable talent. Everybody in the cast is a hard worker and the result is splendid entertainment.

James H. Cullen

In 1. Time 18. Parodyist and monologist. Although he offered some antique humor, Mr. Cullen was a hit. Parts of his work are excellent.

M’lle Realta

F.S. Interior. Time 14. This is a new twist to the familiar “posing in picture frame” act. However the chief feature of the act is excellent singing done by William Gordon.

Pope & “Uno.”

In 1. Time 11. Trick dog act. Ordinary act livened up by good fun.

Lulu Glaser & Co.

Comedy playlet “First Love.” Two men, one woman. 22 minutes, library. With the exception of the cute Miss Glaser made in her songs she comes very near presenting her act as per suggested by the program. If she could sing, she’s forgotten how now, and it may have been because of the realization of the fact that she cut two songs at the matinee and one in the evening. As a comedienne she is clever, while the vehicle was presumably built for the purpose of giving her talent the best play possible. The act is by no means a big one and will create no talk. (Brooklyn)

Kara

The modern juggler. 18 minutes, palace. This act comes mighty near the honors for the program. It is high class is every particular and decidedly original. Kara has a man assistant, who is an acrobat and a good comedian, and between the two of them they give 18 minutes of as clever entertainment as anyone could wish to see. The act will hold down any spot, no matter how fast the company. (Columbus)
