"Lonesome Town" staged for New York by Frank Smithson. Certainly some
one with a wealth of modern stagecraft
has been busy with the production. Includes the number "I'm Running After Nancy." C. William Kolb is an excellent eccentric
dancer and made the incidental
stepping immensely effective. A conventional
patriotic finale brought the first act
to its close with a garnishment of "The
Spirit of 76" and "Liberty" tableaux. Also featuring Maude Lambert, who sang "Just Some One," and "When the Moon Plays Peek-A-Boo." Robert G. Pitkin also stars.
