Bonita is wearing a couple of stunning costumes and is singing attractively.
The audience was too warm to pay any particular attention to what was going on on the stage. The house was not big for a holiday, but every good considering the weather.
The audience liked the act fairly well, but it needs a certain something which they have never had in the several offerings tried in vaudeville the past couple of season.
It may be that they are too prone to stick to burlesque business, at any rate it would be a change to try something away from that and see how it would do.
A good comedy sketch might be the proper caper.
