In the
comedy division Dave Marion is a tower
of strength with his unrivaled eccentric
character. During the olio, he, in company with George
Price, William Lawrence and Mark and
Fred Collins, does one of the funniest bits
of conversation that has been heard
around the burlesque houses in a blue
moon. It is an argument between a quartet
of street loafers and a policeman (Mr.
Collins) and kept the house laughing until
they were breathless. For the first act finale they use
the observation platform of a Pullman
upon which are grouped the principals of
the cast. The car moves off the stage
while the company sings "The Great White
Way." Agnes Behler and Loui Rice are the important
figures among the women.
"Moon, Moon, Moon" led by Dave Marion
was the big applause winner of the
show.
