Miss Gordon does exceedingly well in her part. She is a long way ahead of the piece, besides a beautiful woman with a graceful stage presence, and can wear clothes.
"Tips on Taps" is a story about a horse race as well as many other things.
There are several very silly bits, so many that when Miss Gordon really has a chance to act with lines that ordinarily would land easily the audience refuses to believe it.
The story seems to be vague and improbable through trying to squeeze action into the piece at the expense of logic.
