They play a number of the usual instruments as well as the average.
A couple of mechanical "cats" worked under a spot, make the first novelty. Clarionets imitate a "cat-fight."
Novelties in instruments is the principal characteristic, the straight music being incidental. One of the men is in "Dutch" character against the "straight" man.
Their work won much applause and much laughter.
The resulting comedy is always clean and wholesome, running largely to the frivolous line, invariably provoking laughter if skillfully dealt with.
