Presented by The Great Jansen. I haven’t seen Mr. Goldin;s presentation of this, but I have assumed that I would like Mr. Jansen the better of the two for an act of this kind. He has a fine appearance and a nice delivery and appears more of a scientist than the showman. We are working up a stunt for Wednesday evening and an ostensible challenge being sent to Jansen by “Providence woman who is interested in the fact, but because of her prominence does not want to be disclosed and appears masked. We are carrying ads of this in today’s papers with a copy in half-tone of the woman’s original letter and Jansen’s reply. It seems to be of considerable interest and I think we can get something out of it. With the act itself, the audience was decidedly impressed at yesterday’s performance. 15 minutes, full stage.
