“The Whimsical Comedian”. A disappointment. The act in its present shape is not worth the money asked by any means. Wayne appears in a grotesque makeup does some singing and talking and also some eccentric dancing. He makes a number of changes during the act and uses the house actor and quite a number of properties. 22 minutes in one.
