The pair have spared no pains or excuse in the matter of costuming, and consequently are showing a nicely dressed singing and dancing act, one which will compare favorably with the best.
The first number, a medley of popular songs, makes a good opening, but could be shortened with profit.
Miss Held delivers a short monologue during the act that is a little out of the ordinary, although the talk could be brightened up some.
Mr. Russell is an exceptional wooden shoe dancer. His dancing alone would nearly carry the act through. The couple pleased the East New Yorkers immensely.
