28 min. The third act of Clyde Fitch’s famous play, ‘The Woman in the Case,’ is the vehicle used by Miss Walsh and company of six. It is the scene where’ Mrs. Rolph’ forces the confession from ‘Claire Forster,’ the big dramatic climax of the play. There is considerable dialogue reaching up to this one big incident, but being splendidly played, especially by Miss Walsh and Marie Horton, it held the audience at strict attention until the finale. As a dramatic sketch, it is a strong feature that will strike home whenever dramatic sketches are appreciated. It was liberally applauded here.
